The Exotic Shorthair is the enticingly cuddly, shorthaired version of the Persian. They have the short faces of the Persian and a short plush coat which gives them an endearing teddy-bear look. Like their long-coated relatives, they come in almost every color of the cat rainbow.
Their bodies are short and stout and their heads give a complete impression of roundness… round domed head, small round ears and large round eyes.
Exotic Shorthair kittens are friendly and humans oriented, with the inherited tame personality and gentle ways of their Persian ancestry. Because of their placid temperament, they are recommended for all families, singles and especially the elderly.
